Car Park Works – Phasing Plan

From 6 January 2025, the ground floor car park will be closed to resident and visitor traffic, to enable the first phase of the Eastern Base construction works to begin.

Residents with existing car parking permits will be relocated to temporary spaces in the Basement until late 2025, when they will be moved to the new car park which will be their permanent home (on the other side of the Basement).

During this time there will be very little parking for visitors, contractors or delivery drivers on site. Letters have been circulated to all residents with details of who to contact with parking queries. Space is being maintained for waste collections and emergency services access.
